1. Stretch Angels Garosugil
Stretch Angels is a clothing and accessory based in Seoul. Their vibe is very street/hype and a lot of their products are made in neoprene. This store is like a simulated acid-trip featuring ridiculously designed airplane seats, a blood-red gym, a pink boxing ring, and last but not least, a BIIIIITCH BAR. You won't see a store like this anywhere else.

2. Cafe Mula (카페 뮬라) Garosugil
Cafe Mula is a realization of my ultimate dream home. High ceilings, giant ass windows, white brick, green marble, ferns, gold accents...the choice of textures and designs is truly orgasmic. One day when I have my own home in the Calabasas I will model it after this cafe. Also, everything I've tried on the menu tastes amazing (I've been here like four times already).

3. Brownholic Coffee Roaster Gangnam Station
Brownholic Coffee not only has beautiful drinks, but it also has delicious and super adorable cakes. I dream about the amazing lightness of both their banana cream pie and cheesecake. The interior reminds me of a wooden porch facing a quiet, synthetic jungle. It's a great place to study and cool down after a long day of shopping in Gangnam.

4. Cafe 413 Project - yeoksam
Combine industrial chic and your grandma's garden and you get Cafe 413 Project. You can enjoy a nice brunch or some cake sitting on a nice big sofa amidst dangling ferns. I will say that the shakshuka ain't real shakshuka, but their food tasted great overall.

5. Dorocy in Hotel (도로시인호텔) Gangnam Station
This cafe is known for it's frilly-yet-edgy pink interior and beautifully plated food and drink. I mean, the exterior itself is already immaculate. To be real honest, I've never been inside. The day I went they didn't open till 2 PM, which is egregious and unfortunate. But I mean, LOOK AT IT. It can't not be amazing.

6. GetSome Coffee (겟썸커피) Gangnam Station
This cafe is truly unique compared to the cafes that I usually visit. It's underground, dimly lit, and uber monochromatic. However, it serves its own, one-of-a-kind appeal. It's a relaxing escape from the bustling city above. For photos, finesse the yellow and orange tones in photoshop and you'll achieve dreamy results.

7. SooSoo Coffee (수수커피)
Soo Soo Coffee is a quaint but incredibly cute cafe. The cafe focuses on pink accents in a tasteful and elegant way. Come here to enjoy some pink water, a nice tiramisu, and an ice cream latte.

8. Cafe Dior (카페디오르) Garosugil
Located above the House of Dior, this cafe is "By Pierre Herme" who is a world renowned pastry chef. Despite the fact that service wasn't great and the lattes sucked, this cafe has undeniably mastered it's classy-modern aesthetic. If you don't mind dropping 19,000 won on a drink, or 32,000 on one dessert (they require one order per person btw), it's a great place to chat and take some rad OOTDs.

9. Nakwon taco (낙원 타코) gangnam station
The designers of Nakwon Taco essentially took two tiny things out of the entirety of Mexican food, culture, and landscape -- the cactus and fajitas -- and milked the shit out of it. Nevertheless, this is the most beautiful restaurant that I have been to yet! It's filled with cute neon signs and palm fronds, making it a great venue for those #insta #moments.

10. Gentle Monster - garosugil
Gentle Monster is a poppin' Korean brand that has recently taken the world by storm with it's futuristic shades and dystopian aesthetic. The brand has done collaborations with Tilda Swinton, Alexander Wang, and Opening Ceremony. It has its flagship store right off garosugil, which consists of several floors of design choices that are truly #wack. It is definitely a sight to see.
