Victorian vibes: antique wooden furniture, old tea-ware, dried plants, an old piano, etc. There are multiple floors and ample seating and even a rooftop, which seemed unnecessary considering how little people were there. I came by myself and I was the only one on my floor. The overall atmosphere was really calming and secluded (this might be different on more busy days), which was a huge contrast to the Coex location which is always busy and noisy.

Chloris specializes in teas and milk teas. They have pretty interesting milk tea flavors, including classic, earl grey, chai, ginger, coconut and rooibos honey (7,000-8,000 won). Larger locations like the one by Sinnonhyeon Station serve desserts like Milk Tea Snow Blossom (9,000 won), which is basically milk tea bingsu, and several types of cake.

The first time I went I was stupid and instead of ordering some specialty item, I just ordered a peach iced tea. It was good...but when is peach tea ever bad? The second time I went, I tried the earl grey milk tea, mille crepe, and Milk Tea Snow Blossom. The milk tea was allright. I wasn’t especially impressed, but maybe I’m just ignorant about milk tea flavors? The mille crepe cake was actually delightful. It was the perfect amount of sweet and the texture of layered crepe is a unique experience. I also enjoyed the Blossom (basically milk tea bingsu with milk tea ice cream on top), which had a pretty distinct milk tea flavor, but was not overwhelming at all. They also have this adorable earl grey tarte with balls of earl grey cream on top which I really would like to try.

If you enjoy milk tea, this is a place to try it in all varieties of flavors and forms.

pros: so much seating, variety of milk teas

cons: Milk tea not legendary.
