[Recipe] Smoothie Bowls (vegan)

once the school year rolls around I dun gots the time to make breakfast. But since I am a senior and am living off campus I have a tiny bit more time to indulge myself. smoothie bowls are a quick way to keep yourself full for the next few hours until you get out of class for lunch/dinner. 

Ingredients

1 cup frozen fruit (I used a strawberry and banana mix)

1/4 cup fresh fruit of choice

1/4 cup of plant based milk

1 teaspoon sweetener

Toppings of choice 

     I used banana chips from BARE (highly recommend trying anything from this brand), chia seeds, macadamia nuts, roasted almonds, semi-sweet chocolate chips (frozen), fresh blueberries, coconut flakes 

Directions

1. blend all the shit together

2. make it pretty (optional)

Pro Tips from a Pro:

get a nice blender or else you will hate yourself and your neighbors will hate you.

add a bunch of healthy fats (nuts, chia seeds, peanut butter) to keep you fuller longer. 

If you don't have time, just dunk the toppings on and EAT~
